Do we have to meet?

No. No meetings and no phone calls. Everything happens by email or text, whenever it suits you.

What’s the catch with building it first?

There isn’t one. Showing you the real thing is easier than describing it. If you don’t want it, you owe nothing and the link comes down.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Hosting is included. The only ongoing cost is your domain name, about $12 a year, paid to the registrar in your name.

If hosting is free, who pays for it?

Nobody, really. Your site is a small, fast set of files, and I host it on Cloudflare, one of the biggest networks on the internet. Cloudflare serves sites like this for free, so there’s no hosting bill to pass on to you. If that ever changes, you get 60 days’ notice and every file of your site, free.

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain is registered to you, and if you ever want to move the site, you get every file.
