Clarion / Pricing
One price. Paid after you’ve seen it.
I build your site first. If you want it live, it’s $300, one time. Everything on this page is in that number. The only other cost is your domain.

Bigger asks
Want more than a simple site?
All possible. They aren’t part of the $300, so I price them up front, before any work starts. You’ll never get a surprise invoice from me.

One quote, before any monthly plan
Clarion
$0
The builder fee and the quote start at placeholder guesses, $20 a month and $2,500. They aren’t prices from any company. Builders and agencies charge all kinds of amounts, so slide them to what you’ve actually been shown. Clarion’s figures are the real ones, with the domain counted at about $12 a year.
How paying works
You see it first. Then you decide.
No deposit, no invoice up front, nothing to sign before you’ve seen your site.
You see the site
I build it from your public listings and send you the link.
You decide
Want changes? Text or email me. Don’t want it? You owe nothing.
You pay by card
A secure checkout link, $300 once, only after you’ve seen the finished site.
It goes live
On your own .com, with hosting included at no charge.
If hosting changes
If hosting ever changes, you get 60 days’ notice and every file of your site, free.
When do I pay?
After you’ve seen the finished site and want it live. You pay by card through a secure checkout link.
What if I don’t like the site?
Then you don’t pay. The $300 only comes up if you want it live after seeing it.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not from me. Hosting is included at no charge. The only other cost is your domain, about $12 a year, paid to the registrar in your name.
What does the $12 domain cost go to?
It goes to the registrar, not to me. The domain is registered in your name, so you own it, and you can take every file of your site anytime.
What if I want online ordering or booking?
That’s possible, but it isn’t part of the $300. Online ordering, booking systems and multi-page sites get priced up front, before any work starts. No surprise invoices.
If hosting is free, who pays for it?
Nobody, really. Your site is a small, fast set of files, and it runs on Cloudflare, one of the biggest networks on the internet. Cloudflare serves sites like this for free, so there’s no hosting cost to pass on to you.
What if hosting ever changes?
You get 60 days’ notice and every file of your site, free.
